HELP NGO

In the town of Perroy Village, Canton of Vaud, and the city of Paris, France, at 6:00 PM (local time) on January 5, 2022, we convened for a Constitutive General Assembly. The assembly took place at the address located at 3 Post Street, Perroy Village, Switzerland, and virtually in the city of Paris, France. The following individuals were present:

AGENDA ITEM 2 – Intention to Establish:

The physical and virtual individuals mentioned above gather freely and voluntarily declare our intention to establish a non-profit, socially oriented private organization.

AGENDA ITEM 3 – Organization Name:

After several discussions among the present individuals, it is agreed that the NGO’s name shall be “HELP NGO”.

AGENDA ITEM 4 – Proposed Mission and Objectives of the Organization:

The NGO’s general mission and objectives are as follows:

The association aims to aid and protect children, families, and individuals facing poverty, regardless of gender, nationality, beliefs, or political opinions. It also seeks to foster a harmonious and peaceful coexistence within the population of its influence area, through international cooperation actions both in Switzerland and abroad.

The provisional directive of the Organization/Foundation delegates and authorizes Emile Cantero, identified by document number 190578459137, phone number +41782172715, email: emile.cantero@gmail.com, and residing at 3 Post Street, 1166 Perroy Village, Canton of Vaud, to be responsible for the successful legal registration process of this Organization/Association.

AGENDA ITEM 7 – Approved Statutes:

The founding members declare that they have read, analyzed, and approved the statutes of our NGO, which are presented for approval.

Dans la ville de Perroy Village Canton de Vaud et la ville de Paris- France, à 18h (heure) le jour 5 janvier 2022 nous nous sommes réunis en Assemblée Générale Constitutive . POINT 2.– Volonté des membres fondateurs de la constituer : les personnes physiques et celles qui se rencontrent virtuellement indiquées ci-dessus se réunissent librement et volontairement et déclarent expressément notre volonté de constituer une ONG de droit privé à but social et non lucratif.

POINT 3.- Nom de l’organisation : Après plusieurs discussions entre les personnes présentes, il est convenu que le nom de la ONG sera « “HELP NGO” .

POINT 4. Buts et objectifs généraux proposés par l’organisation : La ONG a pour buts et objectifs généraux :

L’association a pour but d’aider et de protéger les enfants, les familles et toute personne en situation de pauvreté quels que soient son genre, son sexe, sa nationalité, ses convictions et ses opinions politiques ; Il vise également à préserver une cohabitation saine et pacifique au sein de la population dans sa zone d’influence, par des actions de coopération internationale en Suisse et à l’étranger
